Mrs Ward has a new-found love for Rugby, after watching her two young sons train at Witham Rugby Club.  She has indeed taken up the sport herself and many a Monday morning does she show us the bruises from her weekend matches!

Mrs Ward is also the school liaison officer for the club and was instrumental in the organisation of the latest tournament we attended.  To add to this, she put her refereeing skills to use today as Lyons Hall came over to Beckers Green for a friendly match.  The children from both schools got on incredibly well and rather than any child have to be a sub, the teams were mixed up and a great afternoon of tag rugby was had by all.  Thank you to all involved today for making this such a great event.
