Welcome back.

We have started our new topic 'Playtime' which is a history topic about Victorian era.

Next Thursday we go on our school trip to the museum, Children are welcome to dress up, which we strongly encourage. Please see the ping sent out earlier this week.

We have looked at Queen Victoria and what children might have played with in Victorian times. We compared them to our toys that we play with now.

In literacy we are looking at non-chronological reports and will be writing our own report next week about toys.

In maths, we have been learning about tens and ones. We explored the numbers 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19.

Before Christmas, we did some artwork which was displayed at Braintree Train station. Have a look at the photo below. Ours are the leaves.
