So this week we have started our learning in Geography. This week we have learnt about the UK and the 4 countries - England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and their capitals - London, Cardiff, Belfast and Edinburgh. I wonder if your child can remember these - perhaps you could have a look over the weekend.

We moved on to weather this afternoon - we looked up a 5 day weather forecast for the UK and Scotland, had a go at drawing the symbols and spoke about how they are the same and different, again have fun talking about the weather this weekend.

On Monday, we will be making our own rain gauges - please remember to bring in an empty and clean plastic bottle for our lesson.
