Wow, I can not believe it is week 3 already, we are almost half way through this term! 

I know it has been a strange start to this term and a strange start to the New Year, but I have been blown away by how well the class have been getting on with online learning. I have been so impressed with how they have adapted to their new way of learning, uploading work and responding to feedback. 

I hope the class are all enjoying the topic of Ancient Egypt, it appears so from the work produced. Their instructions on how to mummify a body were superb, they had clearly thought about how they wished their reader to feel from the vocabulary they chose - with most choosing to disgust/horrify their reader. I also hope the class are enjoying our new book 'The Nowhere Emporium', I know that I loved this book when I first read it and I am hoping they are enjoying using their imagination and the idea of being able to travel anywhere in the world and through time, especially at this moment whilst in lockdown.
