Since the beginning of term, we have been holding weekly competitions to encourage children to practice their times tables. So far, we have had 2 children take part. We offer a weekly prize for the person with the highest score of a treat from Mrs Phillips box of sweets and allow them to be class legend for the day on Monday.

Times tables are the fundamentals to so much of the UKS2 curriculum, so it is really beneficial for the children to practice them as much as possible.
